Marina Plotnikova is a multidisciplinary artist based in Malta, working across sculpture, painting and immersive installation. Her practice explores atmosphere, materiality and perception through works that blur the boundaries between abstraction and representation. Inspired by the Mediterranean landscape, she creates sculptural and painterly environments that invite slower observation and moments of quiet reflection.

Her work has been presented in solo and collaborative exhibitions in Malta, including Solo Waves and Petals (2024) and Floating Reality 2.0 (2024), and was featured in Atelier Magazine in 2025
